3 ways to get an Absentee Ballot Application are listed below:

Option 1 - Online

Apply for an absentee ballot online at The absentee application is immediately received and we print out your application. This is the fastest, easiest and most  secure way to request a ballot by mail. No printer, postage or delay.

Option 2 - Paper Application

Print out and complete the absentee ballot application form and mail it to Clark County Voter Registration at 501 E. Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN. If you prefer you may hand deliver your application to the Voter Registration office. Click below to get your application.

Option 3 - Request By Phone

Call the Voter Registration office at 812.285.6329 to request an absentee ballot application and one will be mailed to you.
